The Jeremiah House is a faith-based 12-month recovery home for women who have been subjected to addiction, prostitution, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, and homelessness.
Addiction once broke me and strained my relationship with everyone that I love, especially my daughters. God's grace lifted me out of that darkness. Through the Jeremiah House and God's healing, I have found freedom, and He is restoring the bond with my girls. What was once pain is now a testimony!
Jeremiah House gave me a second chance at life when I felt like I had lost everything. Through the ministry, I was able to get clean from meth and begin rebuilding my relationship with God, my family, and myself. JH taught me that recovery is more than just staying sober—it is learning how to live a new life through faith, accountability, and obedience. They helped me face the pain and mistakes of my past without allowing them to define who I am today. Because of Jeremiah House, I was able to become the woman, mother, and wife I believe God created me to be. I will forever be grateful for the love, guidance, and opportunity JH gave me to change my life and walk into a future filled with hope.
Before coming to Jeremiah House, I found myself addicted and broken. I had lost custody of my children to the state of Missouri for the third time.I was told I would never get them back. I believed that was simply the life I would have to accept but God.I found God at Jeremiah House and He changed everything. Today I am six years sober and have had custody of my children for five years.
I graduated JH in may of 2025. The Lord through JH has helped me restore relationships that were once messed up due to my methamphetamine and fentanyl addiction I now have gained back so much more than what I lost. From JH I completed my high school diploma and bought my very first car with money that I’ve earned from working. I love that I have been able to grow personal relationships with my children that I didn’t get to see for 3 years. God took me through a lot of storms and stayed faithful even when I was faithless. Now I have a job working for autry Morlan Nissan selling cars and working on building my career. I praise God everyday for the opportunity to have been excepted into JH because some people don’t get that opportunity or a chance to be one on one discipled. Thank you momma T and pastor Tim for being there for me and people I can call at any minute.
Jeremiah House has changed my life in so many ways! For me, it was a place where I could heal from trauma that I didn’t know I was dealing with. Pastor Tim discipleship classes is where my relationship grew with Christ and I have a relationship with Him now that I didn’t know I needed. Surrendering it ALL at His feet and letting go of unforgiveness has changed me forever!
